Born and raised in the picturesque Ribble Valley of Northwest England, my career as an international education leader has spanned across continents and cultures. I now divide my time between the stunning Lac Léman region of Switzerland and Aix-les-Bains, France.
Currently the Executive Principal at The British School of Geneva (BSG), my leadership focuses on academic excellence and fostering a vibrant community. In addition, I sit on the Board for the Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS) and also work as a Peer Evaluator for The Council of International Schools (CIS), with the aim of bringing my experience to support other schools in their pursuit of excellence.
My philosophy of learning emphasises the importance of academic rigor, encouraging students to reach their fullest potential while nurturing personal growth. I advocate the importance of service, community, and well-being in inclusive, intercultural environments, fostering resilience and a sense of purpose in students.
